Rihanna Parties In London, Eyes "Scarface" Role

One thing for certain is Universal Pictures' desire to remake the 1983 hit 'Scarface'. What's uncertain is whether Rihanna will be a part of it.

The 24 year-old singer, who was spotted out partying in London last night (August 30), has expressed an interest in playing in the hit film, which would be set among modern day drug-dealers, specifically in playing the role that was held by Michelle Pfeiffer - Elvira Hancock.

It appears Rihanna has been auditioning for a role in the movie based on her musical work, with one source saying, "Rihanna loves 'Scarface'. Some of her music videos have been based on Michelle's character, Elvira. She knows all the words and even has her walk perfected."

On acting in general, the singer from Barbados has said, "I didn't know if I would like it or be good at it. I really enjoyed the experience and I want to do more, try different types of roles so that I can see what I excel in most or like best."
